Our service offers simple and effective testing for a wide range of STI’s with results normally available within the day depending on the time of your appointment.
Our service is led by a Clinical Nurse Specialist in this field who performs all the required screening tests and, if you require further treatment you will be referred on to a Consultant in Genitourinary Medicine who specialises in this area.
It is important to remember that in many cases the symptoms that you might have may be related to other conditions which are often easily diagnosed and treated.
We also recognise that there are instances where people are concerned about their sexual health either due to a casual or unplanned relationship or a change in sexual behaviour by themselves or their partners.
In these cases we offer cost effective screening services for those who have no symptoms but simply need reassurance.
You may also wish to see a counsellor to discuss difficult issues regarding your relationships or to potentially talk through the impact and management of a positive test result, we can offer this service too.
